Worst service I have ever received! The groomer was supposed to CALL ME BEFORE she did anything- I did not want him shaved, I said if the groomer could not save his hair- because he was matted- his adult hair came in and I have nerve issues in my arm and couldn’t take care of the mats- but she was supposed to call me before she touched him, and I was going to pick him up if she couldn’t de-mat him. I was quoted 120.00, when I picked him up- which I had to call because I hadn’t heard anything by 2:15- they said he was ready- I got there and they charged me 260.00- and he was SHAVED!
- they didn’t listen to what I said- and the groomer was extremely rude- called me a liar and said I had never had him groomed- which he had been groomed- I have nerve issues in my arm and most likely will need surgery- this woman had no right to judge me much less call me a LIAR! Very rude and unprofessional- and how do they charge someone 260.00 when I was quoted 120.00- and she didn’t call me before she started on him. They charged me for grooming and de- mating- she didn’t do that- she just shaved him down - not even leaving an inch!! If she would’ve called me , like I requested , I would have just paid for the consultation and picked him up. She better hope his hair grows back like it was, and as far as a Manager standing there letting an employee talk to a customer like she was talking to me- you are NOT fit to run an office. And I will be contacting the BBB.

Used to love this vet and had been using them for years, but the revolving door of vets and techs, while only the most rude front desk staff remain is bad enough. They also are getting more expensive, probably closer to market while being less organized, less compassionate, and less effective than other vets I’ve taken my dog to because it was going to take a week to get an appointment here, at her actual main vet.

This was my first time using Abri, as my regular vet was unable to get us in and I was very concerned about one of my foster kittens. I was frantically calling around trying to be fit in somewhere and the receptionist (Mackenzie I think) was so compassionate and was able to squeeze me in for a last minute, same day appointment. Not only that, but Dr. Reece was so knowledgeable and actually rescues cats herself so she understood my concerns. I will definitely be back!

We have a havapoo, mixed poodle groomed hair, nails trimmed and washed.
His hair (brown,black,white,gray) grows fast all over his body
They cut his hair evenly all over his body
Friendly environment
Took a few hours to complete

I finally found a veterinarian who actually helped my dog with his medical conditions. I was very satisfied with the treatment plan Dr. Dawkins outlined for my pet, and I will definitely be returning to Abri Veterinary Hospital for future care of my pets. Thank you Dr. Dawkins for the outstanding work that you do.

Just picked up my maltipoo from grooming and boarding. Omg! What a splendid job the new groomer did, and I always feel he loves the boarding technicians. Whether grooming, boarding, or preventive appointments, we have always received top tier service. Everyone is friendly and professional.

We've been taking our pets here for over a decade. Always had a great experience. I had to send my oldest dog to sleep during the lockdown period, and it was a kind and gentle experience. But....last week I just made the crazy hard decision to send my other dog to sleep...after agonizing about it for weeks. I even brought her to be seen the week before this. The doctor that saw her was super kind, let me know that options were limited, and he saw how she was struggling. When I brought my dog to "do it," one of the vet techs questioned my decision in a way I thought was callous, and the doctor did the same. The doctor also looked offended when he asked if I understood something, and I said no. THANK GOD my dog was unaware of what was going on, because what should have taken a relatively short time....took AN HOUR. The doctor said, "she's not in any pain," and I said, "BUT I AM!!" It was an absolutely AWFUL experience, and our last pet is going elsewhere,

If you love your pet - DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! After spending over a 1000.00 with blood work, X-Rays and office visits, the VET missed diagnosed her Lymphoma. My dog was in pain and dying and they just kept saying we'll keep an eye on her and her are some antibiotics. The emergency vet took one blood sample and knew in 10 minutes how sick my dog was and that she had lymphoma. 10 seconds one blood test, not weeks of well we just don't know. So she spent at least 3 weeks in pain and we had no idea that we were near the end with her. We couldn't even make her comfortable in those last few days all because of incompetence.
