If you want to be cussed at, yelled at, talked over and racially profiled by the front desk clerk sherry. This is the place to be, I’ve had this storage for years and until she started working there and letting her own emotional feelings get in the way of doing her job, which is to HELP others, I had no issues. The amount of money I have spent here, had rent go up multiple times, with no warning, still made my payments and all while grieving a parent and having the clerk say she does not care. Bottom line, if you’re looking for terrible customer service and nasty attitudes, come here. Michael, the manager, is the only reason I am still here and has actually been sympathetic. However, nobody should have to go through management every month because the people who work in the front office are unable to control their temper and scream at a paying customer.

I only want to get my personal papers and have advised them I don't want the other items they are free to take these and auction them off as they see fit. There is nothing anyone can do with my personal papers so I would like to have them back. If Amanda were still there I'm sure she would have worked it out so I could get those items. Since she left it's been different.

Well. Everything was alright for awhile. The following are a list of things I didnt like. 1. After having my storage unit I went one day ti put something in my unit. Idk what happened, but the door was ofd thw track like someone had backed I to the door, or puahed it off the traxk trying to get in. 2. I went to my unit on a Wednesday to start clearing it out. Once I opened the gate, the door never shut back. I went to the office and let them know. I came back on that Friday to finish clearing out my unit and the door was still open. Side note. If the lady who walked up to me while I was attempting to load my car worked at AAA. Maybe you should announce yourself instead of randomly walking up to the person who is unloading their belongings and knows the main gate is broken. I thought you were trying to rob me. (My inner Karen was coming out.) 3. Every time I tried calling to speak to someone, no one answered. So I left a message that I was canceling my unit, and I figured since I already was paid up for Feb, no one would credit me back any of the 56 I already paid, but I still had hope I might. They sent me a 25 dollar credit for myself or someone I know to use. Wont be using, as I wont be coming back.
