I had a job at this facility today. The woman at the front desk whose name is Jordan, went above and beyond to help me even when it was unnecessary. It’s people like her that help make things run smoothly and keep people happy! I’ll definitely be recommending this facility in the future, so thank you Jordan!

Jordan was incredible. I showed up at the front door completely exhausted from the move and she greeted me with the biggest smile and welcome. That changed my whole day. She explained everything in detail, showed me around, and was just an absolute breath of fresh air. Thank you for making my move here that much better.

Since the new company has taken over prices have gone up a lot. But the staff is what makes us feel comfortable at this location.

They send out a form for their insurance with short notice for you to provide your homeowners insurance information. This takes time and meanwhile they will charge you for their insurance at $150/year. As much as a regular renters insurance would be for an apartment.
Also if your bank is even 1 day late they will charge a $28 late fee.
All this on top of their high prices.
After speaking with other renters, we realized we were not alone. We found some place better.

My unit was water damage rat infested mold mildew still water in my bowls my Mediterranean furniture was ruined and they charged me after I filed a claim. They really suck. I'm still wSiting for a check from the insurance and it's been three months. No one will get back to me on the status of my claim. If I could give no stars I would cause they don't even deserve 1 ⭐
