THE WORST PLACE BESIDES CASHIE IN WINDSOR!!! For starters EVERYONE in Windsor recommended us to stay far away from this shop, They definitely do Overcharge for no reason they charged my son for his first car repair 1600 for simple repairs that he had done for $400 all in the same day. Very rude , the women in the front Jds wife has no sympathy to actually help. Sent away my son because “no walk in’s” only for a diagnosis ( when that is not on the door or on the websites and there were no customers at the time & he is not able to drive the car far this is the only place close ) could’ve been a simple diagnosis and sent him about his way I no longer drive due to disability reasons my son uses his car to work everyday he ended up losing his job because of the unprofessionalism & unkindnesses to help with no customers and shop empty. It is true their are some good people in this world but these people are not it . If you have lots of money to spend have at it with these people if you need compassion and work done without bank breaking pockets I would recommend anywhere but here. Not to mention they never pick up the phone & again his wife works at the front not on cars she still does not answer phone.

My truck broke down on the way to visit family. Asked for a quote several times. Heard nothing. Got a call late in the day just it’s fixed and it’s $800. I didn’t have that and wouldn’t have agreed if I’d gotten a quote. The owner used that to make me sign over my truck. A real classy man. He was very unhelpful and obviously just scamming an out of towner. Garbage.

I went in for an inspection, I was outside of working hours, by like a few minutes and they were still able to take care of me. Thanks guys....way to make me feel welcomed to Bertie County.

Long story short my brother took my car here for me to get a tire plugged and an oil change. Got my car back, the tire almost flew off and my 2016 was leaking oil because of a huge dent in the oil pan. Long story short the owner won’t own up to it and says he forgot to tell me the car was leaking oil when he got it.Services: Tires
