“A horrible day turned into a great experience. I was visiting a friend in NC when my vehicle started to overheat. I quickly pulled off the road and called AAA. Although it took several hours for the tow truck to arrive due to being in a rural location with limited AAA service providers available. The young gentleman that arrived was very helpful, well mannered and kind. Thanks for the assistance and the great conversation during our 2 hour ride to Richmond, VA.”

“Mrs Copeland is a stern God loving lady, her shop mounted tires on my Corvette and didn't make one scratch anywhere. The only time I ever saw her smile was when I asked about her son, Boyd Copeland in reference to tree removal and hauling sand and gravel.she reminds me of my mother, she doesn't put up with any foolishness whatsoever”
