Been nothing but friendly and helpful since they installed the tank a year ago. Get service checks on a regular schedule and never had an issue with them.

I tried to get services performed by this company with no luck. They were quick to quote, much higher than others, but never followed through with scheduling the service. I lost a week and a half on my project before giving up on Suburban and taking my business elsewhere.
