Rude pharmacist K@#, staff is poorly trained. Decided to change and needed prescriptions transferred. I believe they went out of their way to make it difficult. If I could give no stars, I would.

Store pick up is unorganized. Took 3 visits to finally pick up. Stores fairly clean. Pharmacy has some of the rudest women & customer service is hit and miss. Weekend doesn't want to be bothered with doing their job. Natalie enjoys being snarky and rude to customers, coworkers find it entertaining as well.

The store manager is an absolute scum of the Earth the way she talks to her employees, and the people shopping at her store is absolutely disgusting. The experience I had with her was atrocious store was better off with whoever ran it before.

Ordered a single document to be printed and was told by the one person that they didn't know how to do it, so I said to ask someone who does. Then they told me that didn't have the right paper so I pointed it out on the shelf behind them. Does nobody want to work anymore?

For the pharmacy. Store pick up is unorganized. Took 3 visits to finally pick up. Stores fairly clean. Pharmacy has improved & people are friendlier with more focus on customers needs.

Terrible service, had to call multiple times to get up with anyone then immediately put on hold. Then, phone just started ringing again and no one picked up.

Dana assisted me today in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. She even took the time to help me find a low cost option since I don't have insurance outside of my state. Pharmacies are so overwhelmed these days that it's a delight when someone treats you like they care to assist you. She was so patient and incredibly helpful. Very customer service driven. I hope she is recognized for being a very valuable employee!
