I was told my RX would be ready on 6/18 and so I came today 6/19 and they didn't even fill it and had to put it back into the system. Now I have to wait which I don't have to time to do. This is not the first time they have lost my RX. They need to do better.

I rather come here (& pass ward) for a positive atmosphere, being assisted & treated as a human being. I may wait. You may find a line, but every time I make it to counter I am helped, everyone has been pleasant & helpful never rude & snarky trying to entertain coworkers by demeaning customers with disabilities.
