They answer your call tell you to hold for one second to get the pharmacist and boom 45 mins later 3 more hold pleases and someone hanging up on you for you to have to call back and they still can’t answer the phone I guess they don’t want business do they if I could give no stars I would y’all should be ashamed of yourselves

I had a 10:00 appointment for a COVID booster. Arrived at 9:55. Waited in line to tell them I was there. Was told to "stand over there" and they would tell them I was there. After 20 minutes I asked if they remembered I was there. They said yes. After 20 more minutes I went online and made an appointment at CVS across the street. I was greeted, treated with courtesy and was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I will be transferring my prescriptions on Monday.

The Walgreen’s on the corner Tarboro and Forest Hills rd…. I used to love going to my pharmacist, but now I hate to even ponder about going. I used to go to CVS but, I kept having to wait forever in line so, I left CVS and I went to Walgreen’s. I have been there for years and since about 2yrs. ago it started getting longer & longer. Now we have to wait in line and this kept getting worse & it was so bad we were waiting an hour to an hour & a half. Now I’m thinking of leaving Walgreen’s forever. If you want to keep your customers, Walgreen’s needs a better system than what they are doing now. I’m sure you’ve heard it from others, cause I’ve talked to some them. Please take me seriously. Walgreen’s doesn’t want to lose customers just because they are waiting like it seems forever. Thank you, Wanda Eason !!!!!!!

This is the third month in a row that I had a problem with getting the same prescription filled. It has caused me to miss doses of medication that I'm not supposed to skip because I could get a blood clot and have a stroke or die. I called and was on hold for 19 min. and 16 min. And both times the sorry phone system sent me to there customer survey without ever answering my call. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not the worst service ever it's no service whatsoever.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So terrible! I have NEVER FELT LIKE more of a inconvenienced body ever in my life. The lady at the drive thru was so condescending, so dismissive I am baffled. The pharmacist could have cared less what I had to say she treated me just the same. Like my 1 question inconvenienced their life. It’s your job! You are giving a pregnant women BLOOD THINNERS! And all I wanted to know how many units since the prescription didn’t match the Label! To think this is your job and you couldn’t answer 1 simple question. But left me at the window for 30 minutes and my question unanswered. I kept getting asked was there anything else I needed?

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there is never anyone e working in.photo. I along with2 other people had to wait while they called someone to photo ay 6pm on a Monday
