Dana assisted me today in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. She even took the time to help me find a low cost option since I don't have insurance outside of my state. Pharmacies are so overwhelmed these days that it's a delight when someone treats you like they care to assist you. She was so patient and incredibly helpful. Very customer service driven. I hope she is recognized for being a very valuable employee!

This Walgreens constantly gives my clients a hard time when printing the images they have purchased and have a print release to do so. This morning a client called me and due to the print center not accepting my legally binding print release, the Walgreens employee threw away my client’s whole order in front of her. The order had her own personal images and images I was hired to take and had given her a release for in the order.

The worst pharmacy no matter what town you're in. They are constantly losing my insurance information and prolong refilling prescriptions that are time sensitive. Terrible customer service, and if you're in the drive thru expect to wait 20 minutes for each car in line. Doesn't even deserve the one star

The pharmacy techs are extremely rude when asking questions or speaking with them. If your Dr sends over a prescription it takes them hours to fill your order even after you have called to let them know you are headed to pick up your prescription. They will take their time and be rude along the way or never fill the prescription and have you waiting at the store. I have never had an issue with Walgreens until coming to this one. Will make sure to have my things sent to another location as this has happened a few times now.

Go anywhere else, the staff at this place are the worst. There may be less intelligent life in the universe, but the staff at this place may disprove that theory. In addition they are so rude it borders on openly hostile. And the "managers", if they were taped in a carboard box they would suffocate because they could not manage a way out of it even if they had a knife or scissors-i have seen more intelligent creatures floating on the top of a lake belly up

Waiting in the drive thru for prescriptions is ridiculous!!!!! Most people end up turning the cars off while waiting!!!! Get it together! This is why I switch to another pharmacy!

Pharmacy is great! They will work with you to get info from doctors, insurance whatever. And I never had zero copays before!

I called to get my rx filled. It wasn't filled. I called again and the pharmacist Cheryl said it could be filled on Sunday. I went on Sunday to pick it up. She said then I could not pick it up until the 20th. Last time I was told I could also pick my rx three days before so what gives. Their customer service and policies are terrible.
