Went in to the Verizon store today about a screen protector. My sons screen protector was lifting and had bubbles under it. The lady was so rude and told me he needed to register it. It's an OtterBox alpha flex and you do NOT register that type! She should know this since she works there! OtterBox is the ones that told us to go to our carrier to have them help us! Since she was of no help I called OtterBox and they apologized for the way we were treated though it wasn't their fault and they said they would just go ahead and send us another one with no charge for it and they also said they wouldn't even make us pay for shipping. They also confirmed that you do not register screen protectors with them! I don't have the woman's name from Verizon but she's the short stout black woman at the Verizon store in Wilson NC! I have never been treated so badly at Verizon! My entire family has Verizon as our carrier but we are seriously considering leaving! You don't treat customers you care about like this! I've been with Verizon for 13 years! I expect to be treated with respect and common courtesy!

I had an appointment, so I was able to get right in. The problem with my phone was fixed right away and I was on my way. That is the fastest I have ever been in and out of a Verizon store.
