“I was very skeptical of dealing with a body shop that was contracted with the insurance company but after listening to everything that I had to do myself (take photos, bank info, submitting estimates and any supplement estimates and it having to be approved), my head was exploding. When I got there, I found out that I didn’t have to do anything, not even take a picture and they could get to it that day. I called my insurance company and they had my car towed and CarStar kept me updated all the way through the whole process. When I picked my car up, the work was awesome. The whole staff were so kind and when you are inconvenienced without the use of your vehicle, kindness and super customer service is much needed. CarStar excelled in this. “My family and I (wife and 4 kids) got stranded at 4:45 AM on I-95 near Wilson City and called AAA, who sent over a tow truck from Richie’s. Their tow truck driver arrived within 30 minutes. Mr. Virtus was very professional, respectful, and acted quickly to get our car off the highway and safely towed to the mechanic shop. He waited until the Uber got to us and safely transported my family to a nearby hotel. At Richie’s Auto Shop they quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a quote to fix it, which was reasonable, and had my car ready by 11:30am that day. I was pleasantly surprised on the turnaround time. The store manager was very professional, kind, understanding, and polite. She gave me updates periodically too. I’m so glad Richie’s towed my car and serviced it. I’m grateful my car broke down at this particular location. Many blessings to the Richie’s towing and mechanic shop team!

FYI - Uber app did not allow me to drop the pin in the highway so I had to drop the pin close by and call the driver using their # on the app and I then sent a text with a google/apple map pin drop so that they can get my family. Also, providing the direction traveling and previous and upcoming highway exits will help the Uber driver locate you. Uber driver was great too. Very caring people in this area.”

“While traveling from Virginia to South Carolina for a week long camping trip our Vehicle cut off on I795 in Wilson, NC. It was late Saturday afternoon and we were left scrambling trying to find a solution. After several phone calls a small shop recommended I call Aggressive Towing. Kevin was quick to help us! He sent his driver Wayne who ended up towing our camper to one location and our vehicle to a local dealer. One of the bigger problems we had was there was 6 of us and there were no Ubers/Lyfts that could handle our family.
