“Just left this place. The only reason I did not give them a five star review is because they quoted me for the tire and not the entire price, which includes the taxes. I told him I would include this in my review and that they should let people know this upfront. I’m expecting to pay one price and then when I go to pay, the terminal says another price. Now what if I would have not agreed to pay and you had to undo your services. Please be upfront about your entire price, or at least let customers know this is the price excluding taxes. I hate when businesses do that. Be honest and transparent. You may not think it’s not a big deal, but it is.”

“On a trip from FL, to NYC, I noticed my tire pressure lowering. Even with air added at the gas station, a few hours later it was still low. Most places near Wilson were closed on Sunday, but my family and I were grateful for Beto's place, as they were one of the few shops open in the area. I had a few small holes in the same area due to nails and so the tire needed to be patched up. Cost me $40 and got home safe and sound. Appreciate Beto, and his team that were kind, quick and efficient. Highly recommended!”

They also had told me it would take about a week by the time they got it in the shop and out. Andy's Auto wound up getting the job done in a day and a half after they told me it would take 3 days and did the job for a substantial amount less than they originally quoted me. They are neat, friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I live almost 75 miles away and will continue to do business with this shop.”
