“Very reliable auto service center. They stay booked up with work, with 3 well experienced techs in the shop, but the emphasis is on accuracy and quality workmanship. Most of these type repairs and services they offer can be time-consuming, so be patient.”

“Great way to start the New Year, our tire blew out while passing through Wilson on New Year's day. The tow truck driver recommended Dennis Jones and his team at Firestone. Even though they were extremely busy and booked all day, they were able to find tires to fit our car and get us back in the road quickly.
They had excellent, courteous service and even went so far as to put tire shine on the tires to make them look their best. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Returned my car for a switch that failed from previous repair. They repaired the switch and corrected several things that could have caused the failure and all for no charge.”
“I took my car to get two new tires and get the rotors turned. I was told up front that there would be a wait, and there was, but that was no problem because I had been told in advance. Unfortunately, the Wendy’s next-door has a no firearms on premise policy and with no way to secure my firearm with my vehicle being in the shop, I walked back and was on the phone with my mother considering DoorDash for lunch. The manager overheard me ask about having food delivered and offered me a ride across the highway to get myself something to eat. He was very courteous about the situation and I appreciate his accommodating. He was incredibly respectful and comfortable to be around. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle around other appointments and walk-ins. Fantastic customer service and I’ll be returning for the other two tires next month!”
“I showed up without an appointment a day later than I said I'd be there. 30 minutes later, I had new tires on my car. Unreal. I have been to multiple White's locations and the service has been outstanding every time.”
