Pharmacy staff is completely unhelpful and has no desire to help the customer/consumer whom is supposed to be a priority! They honestly treat as a customer as if they are doing this great thing by filling your prescriptions and you should be entirely in their debt for them just to there job! Very unprofessional and very judgmental in an obnoxious negative manner!! Do not offer any medical fact when asked about medication info but rather offer you their opinion which is completely unhelpful. Never use this drug store that has the miscued impression it's a pharmacy!! The location is in a very low poverty area " slang would say Ghetto" of the city and your gambling with your safety just sitting in the drive though lane as the loiters hanging around the parking lot will harass anyone!!

Always super quick and efficient; still gets 5 stars even though they're sometimes a bit under-staffed and I've had to come back to pick up the rest of a prescription because I was either given just enough to get by or a random amount, usually to just have to come back the next day (Mom &Pop store problems I assume). That hasn't happened recently though maybe they're expecting me by now ?.

My experience was horrible today because the heavy set Caucasian lady with the pink on was racist, ignorant and nasty. Oh but your know what if I put her nasty ignorant but on the social media networks she will straighten up that attitude. She needs to get another job because she is clearly not happy at the Wilson NC Thomas Drug Store.

I went there to get my walker the Man was very nice and pleasant but the woman had a nasty and rude attitude people that come there are already had a sickness they don’t need rude people there to make it worst (the man that do the walkers give him 5 stars) but the woman if she going to act like that she don’t need to work there.

Terrible customer service. I experienced the 3rd or 4th poor customer service experience today. My newborn requires a compound so Thomas Drug is one of the few places we can go to. My wife used their online application on Thursday to order our child’s medicine, the order was ignored. So I called first thing Saturday morning at 9am and told them my child really needed the medicine. If they ran into any issues to call me and I would drive to my other option an hour away. I drove to the location at 12PM since I hadn’t been called, to be told that the medication was unavailable and that it would be available on Monday. I have a screaming child at home, which means I have an upset wife at home. Communication is the key to customer satisfaction, Thomas Drug failed in that, they will never receive my business again.

Terrible, terrible customer service. My mother went there to get an rx filled written by her podiatrist. The rude pharmacist threw the script at her and said “get it from a real Dr.”
