As first time homebuyers, we didn’t know what to expect. Applying for a mortgage seemed a little scary at first. We were very concerned about finding someone who would help us with our money, simplify the process, and not take advantage of our lack of knowledge. This team made the process so clear, easy, and stress free! They care about their clients and will go out of their way to help however they can. We would absolutely recommend, especially for first time buyers!

When we contacted Atlantic our need was complicated and time sensitive. I never thought that at 61 years of age and the complexity of my financial situation and work status that this mortgage would ever be possible. We were lucky enough to work with this wonderful team when we bought a new home in the Fall of 2022. I cannot say enough about how good they are to work with! They were always one step ahead of any issue that popped up and we were able to stay on track and close early. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

The communication and professionalism was very good. It is a stressful process but your team made it easier. The last home I purchased as a small business owner was a nightmare. The bank I was using at the time was terrible. I switched banks because of it. This was a much better process.
