I have been a customer for a long time and the customer service wasn’t even good for a long time.
In the last couple of years I can tell that you have been working on this. Having good customer service is sometimes more important than any else. Bad customer service can destroy your reputation and your credibility, and your company will eventually close.
Continue with your training on customer service and the importance of the it. But also remember to keep your staff informed about how important they are and how you appreciate all their hard work and dedication.
The staff at Uhaul location I used for my needs were very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

“After a failed Uhaul rental from Rocky Mount (go figure), we decided to try Penske for our move. They were great! Although a little more expensive, I was more than willing to pay for their guarantees. Super easy process, picking up and returning to a different location. They even called to double check everything was set to go the day before. 5/5.”
“The process was very easy. The young lady that assisted me at the location was very sweet. The van was gassed up past full and the needle barely moved during the trip. It was in great condition as well. Such a smooth ride and I did a round trip of 74 miles. I will definitely use this location in the future should I ever need another U-Haul rental.”
