Technicians cut your lines anytime they get ready. So don't work from home! The turn around time for them to resolve any issue is over 24hours.

Half of the problems in my life come from spectrum. Their Internet is terrible, I would not recommend it to anyone. I have to call and ask them to reboot the system every week. Also spectrum cable has just removed ABC and ESPN off of their cable. They charge us for terrible internet and TV. So to sum this all up just find another Internet/cable provider.

Horrible internet service. Not even worth the time or energy. Me and my fiancé has been waiting for the internet to be turned on for more than two hours. This is ridiculous!!!! I rather go back to Cox!

I waited for 45 mins, only because I was the next customer. I was already called up one time when a customer had to go outside then I was told to have a seat and I'd be next. When it was finally my turn Debra started calling other ppl ahead of me, then proceeded to get an attitude and told me she had no idea who was in the store and I should have checked in...which I did and the other gentleman in the store told her I did I well. This woman had a conversation with me while I was checking in and still tried to act crazy with me in a room full of ppl. Completely unprofessional!

It’s better to call Spectrum customer service if you’re looking for a price to fit your budget than actually going to the store. What they offer you in the store is not the same when you call Spectrum customer service. But overall my experience was great.

Usually my experience here would be good. This time it was horrible this young light skinned Aaron American female waited on me. She acted as if she would have rather he anywhere else besides there. Instead of helping me with my phone by looking at it. Instead she gave me a brochure and told me to call the number on the brochure. Truthfully I wished I had bot got a cell phone thru spectrum. It's better to get your cell phone thru one of the cell phone providers. Therfore if you have any issues you can go to their store or provider. And maybe a sales representative could directly resolve your issue.

**Try to make your payments online**Rude employeesI went in to make a cash payment I couldn’t remember my phone number but I did have on hand my account number and address I then asked the employee if he could look me up that way he then replied that “he didn’t have to” like seriously?I have 12 yrs in retail and that is not a way to speak to loyal customers.Want to sit down and look pretty?STAY HOME.
