This was my first time in the store and I LOVED it!! The staff is very friendly and professional. Poochie helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even helped me go through a lot of shirts to do it! If you love screen tees and sneakers, this is definitely the place for you! The shirts are a great quality too!

It was our first time in the store shopping for my 4 year old son. No one helped us, the girls in there had a terrible attitude. Tried to make the best of it because I was there for my son only. I asked if they could size his feet for shoes and all the did was give us the shoe sizer and told us to do it ourselves. They did not have his shoe size but I still put an online order in. The manager waited on us and she seemed impatient and didn’t get any of my contact information correctly for shipping after repeating it to her more than twice. If they had the music at a level where they can hear customers she might would have heard me correctly. Had to go back and correct it and she gave us attitude about fixing the mistake she made. The other girl there also gave attitude as well after pointing out the mistake being made. Terrible customer service all around. Will never shop there again.

Walked in and immediately walked right out. The attitudes from the workers is just beyond disgusting. If you don’t like your job find something else that’s more in tune with you. Not even a hello or can I help you just straight attitude face. Snipes please hire better people who actually wants to work and have great customer service, because the employees you have are not it.

The employees don’t answer the phone and when you go in the store even when I was the only customer no one greeted or tried to assist. Even when they had three workers on the floor. They all just sat around on the clothing bins and say nothing. I looked up the shoes I wanted online and the inventory said they where in that Wilson store. They wouldn’t even go and check it out.

Terrible service they never answer the phones and I understand why after visiting the location in person, the music is extremely to loud for a business, with the volume being so loud there is no way at all for them to hear the phones ringing. no one greeted me as I entered while there was a group of employees doing nothing but staying near the entrance. The employees are also rude.

Whatever you do make sure you get the correct size and are not going to change your mind about the type of shoe return policy sucks.. Not recommended for a out of towner shopping for kids when they are not with you!
