I was in a jam and trying to get a laptop shipped out, Isabella and Michelle came to my rescue. Both Isabella and Michelle were polite, professional, and knew their business. The level of customer service was off the chart!! It was an absolutely incredible experience. If you ever need anything packaged and shipped, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Everywhere else I go there is a wait or issues because they are understaffed, even during Christmas rush I was able to get things done in Wilson.
