I stopped by this evening to fill up my car. I went in to use their facilities because I am a woman of certain age and the weather today is quite cold. They had the men's room closed due to plumbing issues and the other bathroom was closed and has a hand written note that it is for employees only. Needless to say, I had to go and could not get my has due to the extreme urgency of my bladder. So to get to my residence before I had an accident, I regretfully had to leave, still needing gas. I have only used this station for about 5 years. I will no longer be purchasing my gas there. The employee apologized and said no. Ok. I'll be using 7/11 from now on.

If I could give a 0 I definitely would!! Living in Florida for pass 4 years traveling back home to Virginia at least 2 / 3 times a year I would always stop by this location. I remember when my mom passed in 2018 the first time I ever stopped at this location the clerk prayed with me, gave me encouraging words, gave me hope in life.. Every time since I would always stop by coming through NC but was heartbroken last month when I stopped in to find out she was more longer thereThe atmosphere and customer service was not the same. Store wasn't as clean and stocked. The cashier was rude when I asked about the lady..I know the owner can tell the differenceGood luck and best wishes to the ladyI hope and pray we will run in together again

There should be an option of zero stars. Be very careful here!!!!Manager so disrespectful. I had purchased gas cards for a gift and was over charged $100. 3 attempts were made over a 2 week period to recover my money. Spoke with the manager and explained what had happened and he asked who helped you "big fat old lady? " he said "I fired their dumb asses". I said okay but how does that get my $100 dollars back that I was over charged he said file claim with my bank call the police I don't care. I have my receipts clearly showing all the information he didn't want to make it right. I went to my bank, he has been reported to the fraud unit and reported to the police department. I don't want this to happen to anyone else but it probably will. You've been warned.
