Wouldn't want anyone to do business with this Shell gas station. Some clerks are friendly customers services but one female manager is so abrasive towards Black's people you should be aware.

DO NOT get your gas here! This happened on Saturday morning the 19th of June 2021. Their stand alone 89 octane non ethanol gas was contaminated with either water or stale gas. Not even 4 miles after I filled up there my car sputtered and died right on hwy 58 right past the church on the right side after silver lake resturant. I had to get richies automotive towing to come get my car. I tried calling nash street shell's phone number numerous times and they would not answer their phone. I have filed a police report on them. My car is a 2018 model with only 20,500 miles. On Sunday June 20th, 2021 fathers day, I had the fuel line and tank purged of this Nasty stuff! It was coming out a milky white color instead of a amber/clear color. I had to flush out 4 gallons of this crap with fresh 93 octane gas before the car started to run again. It also smelled stale and was not a strong smell of fresh gas. The 2 small pictures are of the milky gas as it drained into a gas can and also how it looked like at the fuel rail test port. The first larger pic is of the hose where fresh gas finally cleared up and the car fired right up! Avoid them at all cost as this owner is not maintaining their facility as they should. I have filed a claim with shell corporation and hope something positive comes out of this incident. If not then this station should be shut down!

They gained a star by always waving at me knowing I'm a regular on my motorcycle. ??
You can get mid grade ethanol free gas here! Kinda expensive, but if your going to store gas its great. Ethanol gas has a 90 day shelf life. Their premium generally costs less than most stores.
My motorcycle doesn't do any better with ethanol free gas regularly but if I don't use it occasionally I lose a little power. Makes a big difference with only 250 cc's on the highway! Of course I blend it with Shell High test gas as I have a high compression engine and Shell has long been on the forefront for technology and researdh in this area.
I usually just buy gas without difficulty. Like all gas station, I would rate buying gas higher if the receipts always worked. I need them for record keeping. I don't have time to go in every time the machine wasn't kept up by the employees. Shell as a whole is good. I like my 5 cents always off card. Brings me to any of their stores more often.

I came in like last week to get gas and my card wasn't working at the pump so I went in and cashier was wonderful, I think her name was Breanna. She helped me with my card problem and I was able to get gas

Damage was done to my car on 1/8/2019 due to a drop off in the parking lot. I've been in contact with shell and all I get is passed on to one person to the other with weeks going in between before I hear from someone else. Very poor customer service on making right where it is due. It has been over 2 months and not one person has cared to fix the problem.

Never have I experianced such a rediculous and unprofessional place. 2 employees told me that they are not allowed to let people fill up on Diesel fuel unless they know them. I let them know that I was inside with my cards and ready to pay as soon as my wife was done fueling. I guess they don't want our business. If you are in the area and looking to fuel pay the same price across the street at Handy Mart, Exxon.

This is always my go-two gas station for fill ups and I've never had a problem other than my last two visits! The last visit it took 45 minutes to get $35 worth of gas (they said it was the cold weather which is fine) BUT on top of that the pump did NOT automatically stop resulting in my car and shoes being covered in gas (I had sat back down in my car bc it was freezing cold outside). So today I stop by to fill up my car everything is working fine EXCEPT the pump once again did not stop automatically. Thankfully the man on the pump next to me stopped it. I went inside to tell the attendant and he tells me everything has been fixed. But once again I leave with my shoes wet from the gas and reeking of gas. So disappointed.
