Don’t not get anything from this store, the store manager Terrence is a thief. I paid $100 down for a tv and the next day I cancelled the order, Terrance only tried to refund me $85 because he stated that’s what his “screen” showed. I asked if this could be escalated because I have compelling proof showing that I paid $100. Once I asked for this to be escalate Terrance the store manager immediately started cutting me off and yelling at me and said that I was looking for a fight when the only thing I asked is if it could be escalated so that I can get my money back in full, I’m not sure if he tries to give less money so that he can pocket the extra money himself but either way the he is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not get ANYTHING from here if you don’t want to deal with a possible criminal store manager who tries to steal $15 and then yells at you when you ask for your money back in full.

If I could give this company a negative ZERO I would. Very unprofessional, unknowledgeable about what’s in their store, false advertising one thing on the website however, when you place the order, they call and say they don’t have it in stock, AFTER they take your money. The manager is ghetto, rude, and disrespectful. Then one lady told me she was the manager, another man told me she wasn’t…harass you for money after you tell them you’ll be paying. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in life. The delivery guys were nice and professional, everyone else I’ve encountered was horrible.

I was looking to rent some furniture for an event I was hosting and was recommended to go to them. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff!! The store was clean and beautifully laid out. It smelled so good I even asked what they used in their store. The staff was knowledgeable and even gave better suggestions as to making my event better. I will definitely be using and recommending them again.
