I came to ask about some literature on checking and savings accounts. The woman named Rhonda was intense to say the least. In tone and posture. Using lots of hand gestures and finger pointing. She said they didn't have any literature for checking and savings account in the building and referred that I go to their online website and try to apply online. However, I'm one who appreciates the memories made in person, seeing and speaking with professionals of their field, and observing how I am received in person. Hence the two stars. Because money is serious and I am serious about who I trust with informing me.

GREAT PEOPLE WORK HERE! I’m new to Wilson and My Bank was in Raleigh, with NO Branches here! My Uncle has banked with PNC for years and told Me to open an account the day I went the Branch President was the only Person available. I thought She’s too “Important” to just open a checking account; but to My surprise She HAPPILY did it! By far the Staff is THE BEST part of Banking here!

I came here while on a road trip when my account was scammed. They were very helpful and efficient in making sure I received a new debit card on the spot as well as taking cash out for me. Cassie and Savannah were extremely pleasant and helpful to my mother and I as having banking issues while on vacation was not something we thought would be easy to deal with. I appreciate their help and would recommend this branch for their services and friendly atmosphere.

They made things so difficult for my grandmother to deal with when she was trying to add my uncle to her account when her health got bad. Had to complain to the corporate office before anything got done to help her. She was so fed up we had to switch banks and she died before we could get her money transfered over now I'm going through a bunch of mess without being able to access her funds. Thanks for the extra unnecessary hassle in this difficult time for my family.

Not a place I will do any further business with. Disability discrimination, mis information, long hold times, & you can not get slips for your account to use next visit. My health & disabilities are not for your assistant branch manager to scrutinize. Account Closed.

Bank is so tight you can only get a deposit or withdrawal slip for transaction. Drive thru - waits so people can get a slip. Fill it out and send it back. No respect for customer's time. Went in & Jasmine was going through the motions, I thanked her? New to area. Changing banks

I went there saturday to get my online banking checked out. It wasn't working. The man that was there didn't help.me at all. He bypassed me 2 help someone else. I only.needed 2 minOf his time. I don't care for anyone there .rude and not helpful.
