Estimater Shawn missed part of damage to vehicle that should have been in estimate. It was on her pics but she never mentioned it.
I ask her about the miss and she did not have a excuse for missing the damage that was not fixed. She said she would do another and charge me more money.
If a part of damage of estimate it should have been included
I think they should of finished the job without charging more money. It was estimaters fault.

Horrible experience. Received no updates, no communication. They really didn't care if I was frustrated. Kept it over 2 weeks over promised date. And the only thing they had to do was call me and tell me it would be delayed.

Dont go here… They vandalize your car. Ramble through your personal belongings. Break things on your vehicle and dont want to repair it.
