“Took my son to get a pet for his 13th birthday. We met Rebecca. She was absolutely the most kind and patient person. She is so very knowledgeable about every single thing in this store. She took her time and told what we did and didn't need. We are new to owning a hamster but I can say, she made sure we felt comfortable before we left. She suggested the type of animal, cage, food, toys and more. She knows so much. The wilson store is lucky to have her! If you are looking a pet, she knows all about them. “Went in this afternoon 6/25th and the staff were very helpful and answered my questions. They were nice. more then one helped when I was in a different section of the store and was still great. And I very much appreciated that they seemed knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary items I didn't need.”
