My car was stolen and ended up here. I got a letter from the NC Hwy Patrol on a Friday that said the car had been towed here. They are closed on the weekend so I called at 1:30 on Monday. They have already GIVEN MY CAR TO A STRANGER. Someone showed up and claimed to be the owner w no proof. They gave him the car.They told me that since there were no documents in the car they had no way of knowing. They had the VIN number! They had enough information for the cops to send me a letter, yet the tow company claimed that they are not required to verify the ownership of the vehicle.

They couldn't find the problem with my van. They ripped my console out and didn't put it back together. They damaged my front grill and said that they didn't know what happened to it. They lied to me, I paid them $400 for a starter that didn't fixed the problem just to get my van away from that liar. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE.
