O'Reilly Auto Parts is a store with helpful and friendly staff who know what they are talking about. They typically have the part needed and almost always have parts in stock. The prices are decent and way cheaper than other options with the same warranty. The crew is very helpful and takes care of customers. Many would give more than five stars if possible, and customers report they will return to this store again soon.
This is embarrassing but, I needed oil and wasn't sure how or where to put it, I was nervous to ask for help but Randy was so nice, he didn't make me feel stupid, he taught me how to check my oil, showed me where it needed to go, he was so nice and kind, very thankful

Maria was absolutely amazing tonight! Not only greeted us, assistance was top notch. Truly a delightful young lady ready to assist customers. Definitely better than last year.
