Not even 3 or 4 days ago I purchased a rotor, brakes and caliper from this location. On my way to work this morning, my brakes went out and luckily I reacted fast enough and grabbed my E-Brake before I rear ended other cars on the road . I went back to this location with all the parts, but for some reason they were out of parts I needed and supposedly couldn’t get them til the next day. Also, tried to upsale me on “the better” brakes and etc..while I’m also sitting there hearing another employee tell another employee “you know we get commission, right?” So, at this point I’m irritated, because the staff is just being so unprofessional and I tell them I shouldn’t have to pay for anything considering all this stuff is still under warranty and it hasn’t even been three days of having it. So, I tell them whatever I’ll go to the one on Nash street, while I’m headed there this store contacts the one on Nash street to tell them not to deal with me, that I was being confrontational which was a lie. They didn’t have the parts I needed so I took my business elsewhere. So, I get to the one on Nash St and now they’re telling me they can’t help me, that my parts have to be returned at the location that I bought them from (which it clearly states on the website that you can return parts at any location) and that the other store contacted them saying that I installed my stuff incorrectly and they can’t help me that I have to wait for a manager to come back the next day…They blamed me for their parts failing…but here’s the kick, luckily the manager at the Nash location was in the area when I asked to speak to a manager and he showed up fast..he took a look at my stuff and said “it looks like an installation issue, because I’ve never seen a caliper just lock up like that and break the piston.” But he agreed to replace the rotor (which was still on my car at the time), brakes and caliper considering it was all still under warranty. I go home to grab the rotor and I’m looking and yes I should’ve double checked first, but you guys are supposed to be the “specialist” and I should be able to trust that you guys are providing me the correct part I need. I notice that the rotor this location sold me, was for my car BUT it was a rear rotor instead of it being the one that I needed which was the left front rotor. Which now explains why my brake pad came out of the caliper and lodged in between my rotor this morning. So, I take my original rotor and the one I bought from this store to the one on Nash and we did some comparison to confirm that it wasn’t an installation, in fact it was the inexperienced employees at this location who provided me with the wrong part, then tried accusing me of neglecting the parts by “driving” to fast. I’ll never shop at this location again, after realizing that it was in fact a mistake on this location behalf, the manager on Nash took good care of me and also made sure I didn’t have to spend any extra money and also not have to wait til the following day to receive my parts and that I would in fact have them by today. If I can sue best believe I am.

Absolutely the worst people I’ve ever meet told me they would have my part and to make it and they lock the door when I pull up but let somebody else out who bought something. I’ve been on the phone for 8 minutes for them to say I don’t want to be a a hole then hangs up. They refused to help and were a holes I’ve never had a worse encounter I’ve ever had. I drove over 40 minutes for them to be in a bad mood and disrespectful. Like it’s not there job or something. I wouldn’t go to them unless it’s absolutely necessary for you to not drive extra for another one.

Great Service . The store is looking to be in great shape and getting better every time I come and the team here is top notch. They had a manager change recently and you can see the difference . We will be coming here more often

Terrible customer service! Brought a battery in to be check and the guy let me stand around for ten minutes b4 telling me it was going take a hour to test. Then I was asking about the battery I bought online and he tried to play stupid or at least I hope he was acting. Then gives me a sticker and I inform him I live in Nashville to which he response guess you're gonna have to wait. Great service!

Excellent I only shop O'Reilly's when I need anything for my Truck they have the part when other parts store say they can't get it it's always fast if it has to be ordered!
