The lady loan officer was very pushy in trying to get me to agree to a buyout of my auto loan from the company who finances it. No amount of money in struggle will ever get me to turn on people and businesses who have not only helped me but increased my life. Her conversation once I said that became very bullish and ended promptly. She made OneMain financial look bad in terms of their employees smile and kindness on this very first call I ever received from this business. I wont rate this lesser than 3 stars. I just won't give One main financial an opportunity to reap any of the rewards that my customer loyalty brings whenever I visit.

Slow with processing your loan! I’ve paid off one my loans with them and everytime I apply for another one they try to make it an auto loan instead of a personal loan.
