Terrible service. If I could give zero or no stars I would because I don't know if she was the owner But she was a lady with blonde hair…. I called him to ask him about something I needed for my daughter's party and the lady who served us didn't know if there was the exact color or if it could be ordered. So I called this lady and to begin with she didn't even receive a greeting of any kind.... She just waited for us to tell her what we were looking for (I was just waiting for the greeting like anyone who wants to be bought or for customers to leave satisfied) and When I asked him, he only answered in a rude manner, “There is NO” and without saying anything else or trying to see if we were occupying something else or something similar to what we were looking for….he just turned around and left us standing there. I only recommend that you do not go to that store... there are others that really want to make an effort to ensure that their customers leave satisfied.

I got my daughter's burial dress from here 5mths ago...as soon as I laid eyes on the dress I knew it was perfect...my baby looked like an beautiful angel princess...customer service was helpful & kind...
