We had to go back to the store 3 different times for being sold the wrong parts multiple times. They don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to parts!

Called up here Friday the 22nd and talked to a man named Chris about a starter for my Toyota rav4 was on the phone with him a total of 30 seconds before he told me nope don’t have it can’t get it I asked if the vin would help and he said there was no need they couldn’t get it so I called the Kenly Napa and the young man there told me that they and Wilson had one in stock needless to say I went to Kenly and picked it up and put it on not the first problem I’ve had with this location will be going to Kenly for now on

We had such an amazing experience here. They really went above and beyond for my family. We got stranded there when my car broke on our way back from Myrtle Beach. Thomas helped my husband for at least an hour in helping his air filter. The nicest lady in front ( didnt catch her name) used her own money to buy my 3 kids snacks from the work vending machine. We are so appreciative of them and it was such a great experience at this store highly recommended.
