Would give them 0 if possible, complete waste of time, had an appointment almost 2 weeks to change the lift gate stay damper on my 2011 mazda 3, they kept sending reminders for my appointment and scheduled time almost every 2 days. I work 12 hour shift at nights get off work the morning , drive 1 hour to get there from where I live, made sure to get there on time, waited almost an hour for them to give me back my car and say they never ordered the part and i need to come back when they order it. Hell no i will never go to these people again for any reason, will quicker sell my car than go there. They suck, will never recommend these people to anyone for anything.

0 stars.Negotiations are completely off the table here (on used cars) even when they've had it in the lot for a ridiculous amount of time AND they'd lowered the price 4x's 60 days (nearly 90 days on the lot).Failure to repair safety issues (brakes) before a test drive. They were clearly bad.Didn't call at the time I was told I'd be called.Didn't return calls when they said they would.Different prices from different representatives of the company.The only thing that was good about my car shopping experience here is they were so bad I was forced to keep looking, and due to THAT I found a top of the line model with more bells & whistles for a way better deal!!!Thank you, Medlin!

There service dept. is filled this irresponsible and inadequate personnel. Took my vehicle in for service and ended up paying for services that weren't performed because Bill Lucas and the tech, Akeem, failed to communicate. Akeem even showed me the info Bill failed to tell me. After picking up the vehicle, realized that it was worse than when I dropped it off. See attached image. After admitting that they charged me for services they didn't complete, they had to get the manager of service, James Stroud involved, who was equally useless. He admitted that they've had troubles keeping people and turnover, and they were going to have a meeting about the quality of service. Turns out that the tech damaged my vehicle during some of the service that was completed. Was without my vehicle for weeks. And the tech left dirt and grease stains on the tan leather. While there, one lady came back and stated that her car will not stay started after just picking it up, the other was an elderly man who has his oil changed a month prior and there was no oil in the engine. I wouldn't trust these country clowns to run water. They just want you to sign paperwork when you arrive, never explained what's about to occur, and pay. Poor service and poor employees. A service dept. that rotten from the head.

An overall easy and pain free experience, this is my 3rd purchase from Medlin and every time they surprise me. Very professional and courteous people. Will definitely be going back there again!

After purchasing GMC truck, customer service was abysmal and ineffective. I have not received registration for my vehicle after about 7 weeks. Consequently I was in violation of law and had to park my new truck waiting for registration which normally takes 12 days. Emails to the salesman and supervisor go unanswered. Obviously an error has occurred but Medlin management hasn’t taken responsibility.

This place has me on my last nerve. Deserves 0 stars if it was available. We were just driving through when we got into a little accident and needed a few parts replaced. Easy peasy right? Wrong. We knew it wouldn’t be an over night thing though we hoped. Every time they called us it was nothing but a lie, but because I’m a female I know nothing about cars. Don’t recommend, this place is nothing but a rip off.

Horrible place to go!!! I was sold a 2014 BMW X1 and was not shown the car fax nor was I told the car had issues. I’ve went through 10+ jugs of coolant. 2 jugs of motor oil and I have broken down twice! They will not take the car back and put me in anything else even though I have asked multiple times. They have “tried” to fix the car over 5 times and even sent it to the BMW dealership in Kinston and it is still not fixed! I’ve paid $400+ on this car trying to get it fixed and the same issues are still occurring. I am so upset and my feelings are so hurt! This is my first car and this isn’t how my experience for that was supposed to be! Not to mention I STILL have not driven this car for a total of 30 days yet. They kept my car for over a month and still same issues. ALSO lost my job due to having to deal with this car smh! Thanks for that!

Great experience with Medlin Mazda buying a new car! Susie Heath from their internet sales team knew what I was looking for and reached out to me when Medlin received it on their lot. She connected me with Sales Manager Michael Barnes who set us up with our wonderful salesman Jonathan Very friendly, helpful staff all around. Even received a call from Susie after the sale to see how I'm liking my new car. I would definitely recommend Medlin Mazda if you're looking to purchase a new car.

The only reason they got one star is because no star was not an option. The service department is sorry. They took the inside of my truck apart and gave it back to me. It was not apart when it arrived there. They said it took 3hours to diagnose the problem & they didn't. The part they say I needed they said it was discontinued but they would try to find a used one or the junk yard. I saw the part online. The mechanic told me it was to many wires and was going to take to much time to fix. At least he was honest but management just kept lying for 3weeks. I finally go in person and they tell me they can't fix and give me keys to drive something home that was towed there. Why take my truck apart and not put it back together? It just doesn't make sense to me.
