We were traveling and our car broke down. The car was towed in for service and the Chrysler Dodge service team stayed late to receive the vehicle and pre-staged potential needed parts for the next day. The next morning they got right to fixing the vehicle and had us back on the road before noon. Throughout the entire time the team was very courteous, helpful and accommodating. This was the best dealership we’ve ever been to!!

The car needed an oil change and tire rotation. But I was also concerned about a smell of coolant after I shut off the car. They found that the water pump seal was leaking. Not good news, but they offered to replace it while I waited. Took about an hour, and all was well. Thanks so much!

Service was fine, but they forgot to process my vehicle. I made an appointment, confirmed it, dropped my car off the night before and when I went to pick it up the next evening it hadn’t been even moved.
They neglected to check the night drop. I was left without a vehicle for 2 days, for an oil change.
