“Kindness goes a long way and great customer service never leaves the mind. I had been with Farm Bureau for over 10 years, unfortunately my agent left and I was assigned to a new agent Lori Thomas. I was immediately disappointed with the service and lack of help along with incorrect information I was provided. I remembered a conversation I had with Brianna H. and how detailed, patient she was and following up with a question I had. The service she provided me with left me so impressed that I switched EVERYTHING to her. Although I may pay a little bit more, I have no problems doing so when I am able to be treated with kindness, transparency, honesty and respect. Anyone I come across I do not hesitate to tell them about Brianna at State Farm.
