I needed service and the closest location was at Hubert Honda in Wilson. The few times I have been there I've had some good service from a few gentleman but nothing better than I received from one of the agents, Alia Glass. Everytime I come in the door she's friendly and efficient. She went above and beyond to come get my key from culver's across the street. She also saved me money and let me know I didn't need the brakes right away. Some of her coworkers can take some notes from her on providing exceptional customer service everytime a customer comes through the door. Job well done!
