Drove an hour to purchase a vehicle. Price online was $4000 less than what they were actually selling it for. When I asked why so much higher and why this was not listed online I was told Chevy makes them set a price online and they don't have to honor it. Went 10 minutes down the road got the same vehicle for $5000 less.

Had a great experience when buying. But when we ended up decided on trading that vehicle in, we called to cancel our warranty. We were directed to ‘Betty’ in finance, she didn’t answer so we left a voicemail. Wait a few days, called again. Called again the next day, and the lady who answered said Betty had just stepped out, but promised she’d make sure we got a call back. Waited and called again, still nothing. Definitely would not recommend buying from here.

Very friendly family like atmosphere. They don’t pressure you to buy just any vehicle but work with you to get the one you want. I recommend them highly.

Everyone was friendly, however, they sold me a turd. I know it was a used vehicle. However, the salesperson really talked it up, because it was supposed to have come from someone that worked there. In less than two months of owning I can say it spent more time at the dealership than in my driveway due to a single problem they were working with me on, but couldn't fix. Nearly $1000 to have brakes changed on a vehicle less than 2 years old with less than 30000 miles. Just ridiculous. Brakes should not cost this much at all!

I am really disappointed at my recent experience with Heubert Vester Chevrolet. I was told something was under warranty but when it was time for repair all of a sudden it was no longer under warranty or I think the exact words were I could not get it under the warranty......Felt very deceptive. I always thought it was either under warranty or the warranty had expired I never knew you had to try to get it under warranty. Either someone lied to me or they have the wrong people describing warranties and not warranties. Either way extremely disappointed with my experience

After 10 years of driving a Toyota Tundra I was wanting to trade for a more heavy duty truck to use on the farm. The staff here helped me get a great Silverado 2500HD that will serve my needs well. The sales staff was prompt with the paperwork process and also very willing to educate me about the features and technology on the new truck which was very helpful.
