The one in Wilson, NC, is great, even for a Harbor Freight store. Staff is very friendly and outgoing, store is always well stocked and clean, very organized, and you can't beat the prices. Not every product is on par with what the big box stores offer. But with Hercules, Badlands, and Vulcan brands, just to name a few, they are a much higher reliability product than ever. I always buy the warranty cause it is covered in store and almost always just replaced without question.

I've always been told, buy your first set of tools from harbor freight, whatever you break, replace with snap on. It's solid advice, I dintvdo anything crazy with tools, so I've not broken anything. I only have harbor freight stuff.

Great staff that is always willing to help you! Definitely one of the cleanest and best locations I’ve been too. One thing I appreciate is that if it says online they have it in stock then they do. Shelves are always stocked and easy to find everything. Of course prices of products are great for what you’re getting.

The store is well-kept, tidy, and efficiently arranged. However, I have given it a one-star rating because of the unhelpful and impolite customer service.
