Super sweet ladies were very gracious and showed us around with a wide knowledge of the house. We loved our experience there. Please don't forget to donate, the box is hard to see and easy to forget.

Looks really small and more like it's for kids so I didn't bother going in

You must go there to fully appreciate the beauty and content of this museum. Not only an African American History journey, but a lesson in Wilson's history as well. Charming staff. You'll be glad you stopped by.

The Freeman Museum's collection of the African American experience in America is such a hidden treasure. The spirit of the curator and support of the community serves as a role model for the rich history and numerous contributions to the culture. What a spirit filled experience!

Parking is terrible. Love the entertainment and concessions but it needs to be better organized. Possibly close off a portion of the main street for parking.

The people who run the house are lovely and caring. My track team and I volunteered here to help clean up and had a great time. They love their work and truly care about Wilson's history
