I went to this location today, to have a tire inspected. Dennis and his Team, found other issues with my car.I had just had my car serviced in Charlotte about 4 weeks ago. The Charlotte location Missed and or Failed to do a Proper Inspection.This Team did a Great Job on my car. This is my new Goto Spot for vehicle maintenance. I will continue to drive from Garner to Wilson for the level of Outstanding Work these folks do.Thank you Dennis and everyone working at this location.

The team at this location took the best care of me! I called another tire place before coming here, and I won’t air them out but they are on Airport Blvd in Wilson. The guy who answered the phone was very sassy and even seemed to mock me. I simply asked to price tires for my car and he immediately went into misogynistic mechanic mode. I hate those types because I come from a long line of mechanics but they were busy and I needed work NOW! He spoke to me like I was dumb! So I decided to shop around and called FIRESTONE because they have a long history of great tires. Their service I could not speak on but that changed. Micheal at Firestone answered my call and was so pleasant and patient. He helped me get my quote by phone and was able to find me reasonable tires at a great price AND worked me in 15 minutes after calling!!!! Dennis came and spoke to me about my car and explained everything like a normal person. No exaggerated response and snarky comments or speaking down to me because I am a woman. They were able to get me taken care of and let me know about some other things I needed. I came back today so that I could get the rest of the recommendations on work completed. My car is riding amazing, I feel good about the work they did and the service they provided was TOP TIER!!!!!! The crew at this location is amazing. Stop in and let them service you and your car today!!!!

Dennis and his team are the best! Professional in every sense of the word. They are courteous and knowledgeable; they are car folks who understand how each system works and interacts with the others to keep you safe. If I need tires or service, Firestone Wilson, NC is my go to store.

10 am appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. Took 2 and half hours to put on 2 new tires, balance and align. Average time is an hour. Imagine if no appointment. On top of that, my husband scheduled appointment a week in advance. They called me for some reason to let him know the tires arrived and had no idea that an appointment was even scheduled. Then today agtwr an hour, instead of updating my husband who was sitting and waiting they called to notify me. Why??? Totally unorganized and not aware of what customers they have waiting. Ridiculous. No communication. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

This place was amazing! Thank you Ashley and the team for working so hard and quickly to get us back on the road. We are traveling back to NY and the rental we were driving blew out a tire. The team knew we had a long trip ahead of us and were able to get us a new tire within record time! Thank you so very much!

terrible shop, waited 6 hours to replace ONE TIRE. would never recommend this place. lady at front desk takes frequent "vape stops" in the back of the shop while phone is has been ringing. Would ever recommend this place.

We got a screw in our tire as we came to Wilson to visit our daughter on Sunday, called Firestone in Wilson and they said come on in. Service was was great and they where friendly! I highly recommend!

Nick MacConnell was absolutely golden today! Had a quick diagnosis of my issue and it was repaired immediately. Nick also took the time on a busy Saturday to quote me prices on issues I’m having on both of my vehicles. Really appreciate the customer service and quick turnaround. This is the place to go in Wilson!
