Really not understanding why I have to drive 30 minutes to a FedEx in Wilson to sign for a package they say they attempted to deliver when I live in Selma??? And I have no way of knowing whether they even tried to deliver it because there is no note on my door. Had I not been keeping up with the tracking number I would have no clue where my package is. The site says I can either pick it up at the Wilson location or they'll try and deliver it again on the next business day which would be tomorrow, Saturday. Now I'm not sure if I need to wait at home for a package that may not come or drive out to Wilson to pick it up and risk not being home if they attempt to deliver it. Very disappointing... I will continue to use UPS or USPS for my mailing needs because this seems a bit ridiculous.

Firstly, I had a negative experience with Courtney, the young woman at the front desk, who I found to be rude and exhibiting racist behavior. I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up a package requiring a signature. When I arrived, I observed Courtney having a polite conversation with a Caucasian man. Upon approaching the counter and greeting her, I received no response from Courtney. As I began to provide my personal information, she abruptly cut me off, stating, "Hmm, no tracking number." I explained that I didn't have service at the moment and requested a minute. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her interruption. To my surprise, she remained silent.Frustrated, I suggested that someone else assist me. Another employee stepped in, offering an excuse for Courtney's behavior. It seemed reminiscent of Wednesday from the Adams family. This substitute employee also mentioned that many customers, particularly African Americans, had complained about Courtney. Regardless of her personal background, I believe that everyone, including African Americans, deserves respect and good customer service. It's crucial, especially during the holiday season. If someone can't uphold these standards, they may not be suitable for a job in customer service. I arrive there 5:52 on 12/13/23.

firstly. my package was supposed to be delivered last friday. google said they were open. but when they tried to move my package from the pinevile location to the wilson location it said business closed. i payed for 2day express shipping. today they claim they attempted to deliver my package at 10:40am. me alongside everyone in my house has been up since 8am. none of us heard a knock. it takes nearly 20 minutes with the bot line to actually speak to a human and once i did, i annouced twice that nobody knocked on our door all they kept repeating on the phone was “ it says nobody came to the door and nobody was home, we will attempt tomorrow” . i dont understand how there is nothing you can do if im telling you that nobody knocked on my door this morning.there is no paper saying we attempted to deliver like it normally is with my mother packages. . i will never get anything shipped with fedex again. how am i supposed to know something is getting delivered if nobody knocks. you guys dont have live updates for deliveries all it said was out for delivery at 8:48am. we will see what tomorrow morning brings us.

Location said they couldn’t print a label I had on my phone because they didn’t have a scanner that would scan the barcode. I had to go to a UPS, yes a UPS store and ask them to print it. The UPS store printed it for free. Then I had to drive back across town to send my package.

The FedEx drivers here are lazy they don’t even bother to check and see if they are delivering your items to the right address. They just get it off their truck to call it a day. Then when you call them it’s oh give us 24hrs we’ll open a claim. Why can’t you get on the phone call the driver and see where they put the package off at? Track it and get it to the correct address. Give me ups any day!

They don’t even deserve the one start obviously they hire people who doesn’t know how to read directions it’s like they just toss your package out the window off anywhere and say it was delivered
