This place is my go to when my primary provider can’t see me. I love the doc with the glasses. She is so knowledgeable and direct. She makes sure to test for EVERYTHING just to get to the bottom of what’s wrong with me. Thank you for all you guys do!

Was coughing and couldn’t stop, after being seen. Now coughing is minimal one or two times but feeling much better now. I am glad VA recommended me to go to FastMed.

If you need to be seen don’t bothering trying here it’s supposed to be walk in clinic and the only take appointments! Do not advertise or say you’re a walk-in clinic when you haven’t excepted walk-in patients for years! Would give 0 stars if I could!

During my visit, had urine test, opened the box to place the cup, to my shocking surprise were 2 open “piss cups”. Now, I’ve been here quite a few times, and over the past 2 years noticed a significant change with the cleanliness, from a scale 1 (nasty) to 10b(super clean), I give this office a -1. Horrible!!!

Do not come here the doctor isn’t as honest as you think. I asked for a blood work and he sent me home. I know my body you didn’t even check ask any questions it was a waste of time. I was in there longer waiting to be seen

Visited with FastMed this past week and received the most attentive care for my issue . Had scheduled appointment and no long wait time. Very please with the service I received that day and the times before . Wonderful staff and doctors

Got there at 7:23 pm. My daughter was having serious stomach pains. Some lady told us they were booked and could see us in the morning. 3 cars in parking lot...they close at 8 pm. Don't waste your time. Glad we drove to Smithfield as got seen right away!

Went on a Sunday 8am sharp as a walk in because that’s what sign says posted outside and I’m not from the area. Doesn’t mention anywhere no walk ins on weekends or Sundays. Computer system went down and after about 30 minutes later, they started manually checking patients in. I’m called at about 9:15 to be told only seeing patients with appointments. PLEASE update your signs and at least let patients know immediately when not accepting walk-in. Could have saved me an hour and 15 mins of my time that I can’t get back??♀️

Good evening to my readers. My visits to fastmed is always great. I've only used them a handful of times but every time I've used them I've always felt like they cared. Now I would say this time around though my wait was much longer than it normally is but I understand there was only one physician on hand at the time and that's understood. Outside of that I got the care that I needed and the answers that I needed. So I left a happy patient. Keep up the good work FastMed. And I will definitely recommend

I came in after being exposed to the flu and having all the symptoms. The girls in there from the front desk on were so good. All were very nice and professional acting. Sara was the provider I saw and she listened to me about what was going on with me, got me started on meds n feeling better after a few days.

Went in for ear infection ordered prescription. Which did nothing said she couldn’t clean my ears because were infected. Take medication for five days Which did nothing. I chose to go to Wilson fast Med. A doctor was able to clean my ears out so much better.

If I could give no stars I would first off they didn't even check me to see what was wrong just asked me one question. 2nd I sat in the room for almost an hour before dr came in and they won't even busy. 3rd my insurance had to have an approval from the Dr for the meds he sent in because I have 4 herniated disk so he sent muscle relaxers in my insurance contacted them on the phone and said they were going to send over the approval. Waited 2 days in pain and still no approval from Dr so I contacted my insurance once again and they called Dr office back and they informed my insurance that they were not going to send an approval because they don't do things like that. So I sat in pain for 2 days for nothing! I won't be going back.
