Placed order on Nov 20, 2022. As of date of this review, Jan 13, 2023, still don’t have the pants from the order. Was told the pants should be in this week, and pants will get mailed out once they get to embroider them. How does it take 7 weeks to get basic gray sweatpants in?!? These pants are for a sports season that is over on Jan 28, 2023. Likely won’t have the pants by then. Absolutely ridiculous the wait/turn around time to get items. Will NEVER order from this company again.

Have worked with this company for years on behalf of my school. Used them for spirit wear, field day, and team sports apparel. They make everything easy to manage and very user friendly. Always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with.

Best store in town to buy your sporting equipment or clothes.If they don't have it, they will order for you. Good prices. Greatattitude from employees. The seamstress in store is outstanding with any monogram.

Ordered various items for my child’s team gear. I ordered a male shirt for myself and a female shirt for my wife. A month later, after calling to ask where the order is, it finally came. My wife’s shirt was missing; called them to inquire, said I would get a call back - I didn’t. I called again and was told the female shirts are out and I was asked if I would be willing to accept a substitute. I agreed; 2 weeks later (instead of the promised week), the order came in. While it was a male shirt, it lacked the customized name I paid to be placed on the back of it. I give it 2 stars, rather than one, because the shirt quality was decent.Frankly, I give up on this shirt. I placed the order in the first week of August and it’s now October. Keep my money at this point and I’ll avoid another headache.
