Brought my tire in to see if they could patch or replace. They checked it out, and it could be patched. They told me to give them an hour and 15 minutes. They had it done in 45 minutes and were super busy at the time. Very friendly and helpful with any questions I had regarding the extra warranty I had purchased previously. I would recommend them to anyone looking for wonderful customer service and non-pushy employees who are trying to make a sale.

Wilson’s Discount Tire is a really nice place. I had trouble with my tires two months apart and the manager was very kind in assisting my needs!

Never again will I go here. It was ok service but not now. Thanks for wasting time. You said an hour and out me on list, I came back for service , then it became 2 hours. Don’t waste my time and I won’t be buying tires there again. What’s the point of being put on an hour wait -waiting list if it’s going to suddenly become 2?!

Top notch staff and place. Highly recommend using Discount Tire. I have never had one bad experience at both Wilson and Knightdale locations. Just purchased new tires and rims and could not be more satisfied.

Dustin was awesome. So sweet and helpful. I can't thank him enough for what he did. He helped me out tremendously. He was very knowledgeable about the tires and explained it so well. Ask for Dustin when you go there.

I needed four tires replaced and they were able to tell me what options I had as far as ordering a couple tires or getting what they had in stock which I really appreciated. On the actual day of the appointment I was running a few minutes late, but they were still able to get my car ready very quickly! The wait was no longer than 45 minutes to get all tires replaced and whatnot. I can feel a complete change in my car with these new tires! I'm extremely impressed and so so grateful for the amazing service they provided me. It literally feels like I'm driving a brand new car!! Thanks discount tire!
