“We visited this Ross and it was a shopping treat. I picked up several things that I saw in the jewelry section, food & misc section and etc. The store was nice and clean, atmosphere was nice, with soft overhead music playing. Associates was pleasant and busy moving around the store stocking,etc. But, the isles were move able as they were stocking shelves. They only reason that I gave this visit a 4.5 was the long wait In check out. It was quite a few people before us in line and only 2 cashier. But other than that, it was a good day. So, I hope your shopping day is good also!

“I love Target! But I barely go in store anymore now since they offer the drive up service to pickup your orders. It helps me avoid unnecessary spending and my orders are always right! And the staff in the Wilson, NC store are great and their customer service is top tier”
“While there shopping today I had a bit of a medical issue. I sat in one of the chairs in the cosmetic dept. Michael, a salesperson there, came over to inquire if I needed help. He set me up in front of a fan with a chair and brought me some water. Had it not been for his kindness I could have ended up on the floor!”
“I was in the neighborhood Walmart in Wilson and needed help. An employee came along stopped what she was doing and offered to help, her name was YaYa. She wasn't quite sure where it was but she asked someone and she went with me, she was pleasant about it, that is what is considered g "Great Customer Service." I appreciated her help.”
“this dollar tree is one of the best there is Wilson, they have a worker that helps out any way she can and i think her name is Jordan. she there everyday and one of the best workers they have and that's my opinion and it's a fact. the fact that there isn't many workers there and it still manage to be on top of everything that they throw at that store, so yea the worker Jordan needs a raise for always being there when I'm there shopping.”
“It was a huge store, but not specific to this Wal-Mart, but Wal-Mart in general. I was looking for flowers for my mother's grave and some of the artificial flowers had warnings on them. It said cancer and reproductive harm on the label. I was shocked, just didn't seem right!!”

“Let me start off by saying I'm mad at myself for forgetting the name of the two associates who helped me. I must say that as someone who usually isn't a fan of Big lots, this store had a lot going on. I went to purchase a patio set and wound up spending an hour looking around another items. Everything was well stocked and put together, which is a testament to the store manager. I wound up buying about $200 of additional items. Customer service was excellent from both the cashier and the manager who had to come help the cashier due to a mistake I made. I will definitely go back to this Big Lots.”
