Great price. Check in took a little long due to a new employee learning which I understand. My fridge wasn't working the 1st night. The room was clean and didn't have a smell. Didn't utilize breakfast because it was small. In the morning the outside was loud at times but otherwise it was good. Definitely would returnRooms: Updated bathroom. Beds were clean and fresh. TV was blurry but that's ok

It was nasty Spider webs and dead roaches and the do a Deposit and they act like they you gonna tear up their rooms the ladies that gave us or deposit back was rude she is the Is owner wife the other staff was great but the room is over priced.Walkability: Close to the hospital. That was good the only thing that was good.

I visited there, from out of town.the room looks very out dated and low class ,poor shower head.. this place is the bare minimum.. Go across the street to Holiday Inn.

Renovation is really needed! I had to change rooms immediately after checking in due to stains on the sofa and spider webs on the light fixture! The toilet is very low to the floor, Child friendly for sure! The commode that is!

I usually don't post my reviews on hotels I stay in but this one has been nothing but excellent. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room I was in smelled like it had just been cleaned with the most care to make sure that it fit my needs. The staff was super friendly and very professional. Miss Chastity, if I'm not mistaken, was nothing but great help on providing information that I requested and answer all my questions when I first started staying here and the rest of her employees are very professional as well. I visit at least once every two months and I can definitely tell the improvements that have been made since my last visit. Never have I had a bad experience here. Defiantly a great improvement with the GM that is now running the hotel and staff.

Horrible room - after locking door you could see light coming into crack in door which had been kicked in at one time. running toilet; sink did not drain; furniture old; room dirty. Bugs on the floor. Stained mattress. Don't waste your money!! Oh and after paying $85 for this unsafe room they required a 50$ deposit for 'incidentals' .... I could not feel safe and I left and asked for refund. But they said I stayed in the room over 30 minutes and they recorded me!! Hidden camera(??). Crack and drug hotel STAY AWAY!!!! They refuse to refund . Giant rip off. Advertised Pictures are not true.

This entire stay was horrible especially when compared to my business partners room at the RR inn down the road (that also was a few dollars cheaper). The service was terrible- the front desk woman had no bedside manner and was nothing but rude. After driving 11 hours from Ohio, I had to argue to get into my prepaid room since it was about 11 pm at night. She tried to tell me there was a safety issue and no admittance. I did get my room but again- I was already exhausted and not feeling the need to argue (and what did she mean, what KIND of safety issue is there anyway? All she said was there was migrant workers that feel like they can come and go...and I wondered- why CANT they? but I did not pursue asking her anything since she was not the easy-to-talk-to-type, just wretched). There was no AC in half the buildings, and No free breakfast in the morning since there was some kind of electrical issue. The room assigned to me, thankfully, did have AC. It also had dried toilet paper stuffed over the peep hole on the door which I found unusual. It was quite obvious too, not something that could be missed by cleaning. The bed was not comfortable. I was in such a rush to just get out of there in the morning since it was so foul.

Will love to get another stay. All employees was nice. Even the front desk lady also too. Wish I could get a free night stay each time or the next time I go.Rooms: Very Clean indeed!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel July 2023. The rooms smelled horribly. The room that I was in the pasture in the bathroom on the wall was completely gone. The rooms needs to be remodeled and updated. The staff that initially checked me and my family in was superb and I wish I could have given them the 5 star. Unfortunately, the management is severely unprofessional and not accessible, I had to give the service a one STAR. I am supposed to get a refund and needless to say, I can't get the manager on the phone and whomever is intercepting the calls for the manager is just as unprofessional as him. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager since I departed from there and even suggested that I would contact corporate and the Better Business Bureau, I was instructed by the person whom answered the phone to do so without hesitation nor tried to assist me. The location was good. I'm not from North Carolina and our family had a venue there and multiple rooms at this establishment was reserved for our family and friends. My suggestion is if it's in your budget, make reservations at another hotel and not this one. You will thank me later.

AVOID The customer service here is absolutely putrid. The motel is dirty and unkempt. The old saying you get what you pay for rings true here. Sleep on the streets or your vehicle fAvoid at all costs.

Ruuuuuuun. Had roaches, the sink, tub, & toilet were backed up, ice machines didn’t work, sheets were stained , kids that live there were running around knocking on doors, & didn’t get all the deposit back. Ruuuuuuuuun!!!Walkability: Close by many things
