Tonights visit left me feeling like I should have driven 2 miles further and stopped at Walgreens. The young woman at the register was extremely rude. She barely acknowledged I was at her register. I said "Thank you and have a good night" She looked up and looked away like she was angry or disgusted she had to interact with a customer. She absolutely heard me.She never said a word. It was like she wanted me to know she was choosing to ignore me. Wow. CVS, you can do so much better. I don't know who does your hiring but they too need some training on what to look for in a customer service/ front of the store employee. Tonight should be her last night at your store. I can only imagine how many other customers she treated this way. Very sad. I won't be back. I've never been treated this way at Walgreens. Just the opposite. It's a further drive from my home but this kind of thing matters. I can choose to be appreciated and I will.

You see this CVS dental floss in the pic, don't buy it... It's the worst Ive ever used, it's thick, rough, shreds while you trying to get it between teeth and the staff here refused to return it..

Worst pharmacy ever. Prescriptions take days to refill at all until you call to find out the meds are on back order, always a long line, lucky if the drive thru is open. Will be going elsewhere.

Wait in drive thru for 20 min get to window and they closed the blinds. We went in and the pharmacy manger could care less my pregnant wife needed her meds she said she didn't care how many people were in line before 7 she closes at 7 and dont have time to help everyone .Terrible customer service. They will lose my families business forever over this

The store associates are always friendly and the pharmacy techs mostly have good attitudes however there are a lot of problems with this pharmacy. Start with the pharmacy manager, she has no common courtesy or professionalism. She has implemented a policy to close at 7 sharp, even if people have been standing in line staring her in the face for half an hour. The company policy to text customers that prescriptions are being filled while the pharmacy is out of stock instead of calling to inform the customer is ridiculous. I can't tell you how many times I've called for a refill and none be ready on the given time.

To my surprise, even though this is not the 24 hour store, they seem to have a better variety of items and things are easier to find in this store. Ive always enjoyed shopping here and have never had an issue with prices or customer service. Without going into too much detail, I have had some really awesome experiences checking out with coupons at this location that made for great memories. I have no information about the pharmacy at this location as I have never used it

Went to the drive thru for a Covid test. My appointment was 11:00. Sat in the car for 40 minutes waiting and finally got test at 11:35. Never had done the test before and was given no explanation on how to do it. Not sure I did it right. I'll never be back. Update - my test could not be processed, so the entire thing was a complete waste of time. No excuse for how this was handled.

Somebody majorly messed up and mixed my toddlers medication wrong. He was severely overdosed on an antibiotic and became very ill. He had sever stomach pain to the point he couldn't stand or walk! Once we realized it, we took him off and his symptoms resolved a day later. When I called the pharmacy to inform them of the mistake, I was given a variety of excuses or circumstances that pointed back to me. I know I did nothing but give the medication as directed on the bottle. My only mistake was not catching their mistake before my son became ill. Nobody should have to worry about this!

This has GOT to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Automated calls over and over informing you that your prescription is ready. Yet you get there and it isn't. Constantly asking for a certain size in a vial of medicine, b/c you need multi-use vials...but being given the small one-time use vial over and over. Calling about a prescription that you KNOW your doctor sent in and getting the most unprofessional, non-concerned individual on the phone, who sounds like she has a mouth full of marbles and you can't understand a word she says. One or two people in the entire pharmacy staff actually has a personality. The rest of them make you feel as if you're interrupting their day. Don't even get me started on the actual pharmacists. The entire staff (except for the two with a personality) need to be replaced.

This place just needs to be gutted and completely restaffed it is ridiculous that every time prescriptions are never ready when told it is going to be. Absolutely sad that a place that people depend on so desperately. Wouldn’t be ran with more care.

I am completely disappointed in the lack of care they show for customers. I was shopping with my two kids and overheard some employees talking about being tested for covid-19. One of them had said they tested positive. And when they mentioned that the other employee stated they still had to work regardless. I personally find it wrong and disturbing that you all will allow employees that have tested positive to still work and allow them to spread it. You are supposed to follow procedures and shut down the store period. It seemed as if you all didn't even care that you exposed several customers. I will NEVER step foot in this cvs EVER again. You definitely need to shut down this store for the proper amount of time considering the employees have exposed us to covid-19.
