The staff was professional and courteous. The room had a strange smell. The bathroom fan didn’t work. I was only there for the weekend, but will never book again. The cleanliness is subpar. I saw 1 roach in the room & never want to risk bringing that pest to my home. Please hire professionals to aid with the infestation.

Old run down and musty. Cockroach in the bathroom. Mattress sags. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was fair.
Food and drinks: Quite a few restaurants close by.

I was greeted upon my arrival with a room that was actually clean. I tend to inspect to ensure there is no residue or evidence of a previous resident and there was none. Hot breakfast is prepared every morning, and is quite tasty. If you're a fan of grits you may not find any, but who needs grits anyway? Would've given 5 stars, but I attempted to make a call prior to my arrival that went unanswered. Not bad at all.

We had the best check in experience with Alisha. She was so welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast attendant was the sweetest women and her grits are the best. After a long day of driving, it means a lot to come in to such a welcoming environment. Everyone that worked there was kind and courteous.
The only reason I left off a star for the room was because the AC was loud. Those things happen. Room was clean and updated.

Roaches everywhere. They moved us to another room that had even more. Just disgusting. They can’t help because it was booked through Expedia supposedly. 4 different sightings.

The people behind the desk were very unprofessional, and the room was very clean, and the food was OK. The biscuits were hard hockey hockey pucks
But overall, the food was OK
The housekeeping service tried to come in my room, even though I had to do not disturb on the door at 9 AM in the morning!!!!
It made no sense and it was as if they were ok with invading my privacy. What if I wouldn’t put the lock on there they tried to come in regardless it made no sense!!!!
The location is horrible when it comes to the airport because it’s very far from Douglas airport!
Considering my situation, it definitely did not help me whatsoever!!!
My reason for my stay was horrible so these issues with the hotel definitely didn’t help my situation or make it any better!!!

We happened to have very noisy overhead guests. Rm 435 had wma matches all night. Asked front desk to do something. Quiet for a few min and started up again. Our walls shook. Room 335 was not quiet, had loose wires hanging out of the air conditioner making a trip hazard. On the plus side. Room was well appointed, bed very comfortable with excellent water pressure for a great shower.

My wife and I stayed overnight 8-14-24. Staff (3 I had contact with) were very pleasant and helpful. Areas - near reception desk, TV area near there, & dining seating for breakfast - were very large. Especially Large variety at complimentary breakfast. Place VERY clean, interior and exterior of building, bathrooms as well. I was VERY impressed also with how well lit the parking area was at night. Room had a lot of seating area, bed was very comfortable, as well as the square pillows! (?) Very NICE screens and shades on the windows in room, you can tell they went the extra mile for the customer. The lobby area with TV very impressive, how comfortable the chairs were, and how it was arranged so it made you relax and be at ease. GREAT abundance of coffee in large area in the lobby, as well as a well stocked snack room next to there (for purchases). Kudos, to whomever arranged all this!

Absolute worst hotel. Roaches in every room and complaints by multiple guests and employees would not give refund. TV didn’t work, ice machine broken, roaches IN BED AND COUCH. TERRIBLE service.

Temperature of the lobby was freezing. When I arrived at my room, it was freezing. I attempted to raise the thermostat on the AC unit, it didn't work. When I arrived at breakfast, I had a small portion of of bacon,eggs and sausage. The butter for toast was frozen. The theme for this hotel should be, "IF YOU LIKE IT COLD, THIS IS YOUR HOTEL."

The room had a very sour smell, the sheets were visibly stained, the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was broken. I went to speak with the front desk to request a different room. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help me so I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with Jennifer Jones, her attitude was much worse and she was unwilling to listen to my complaints, instead of fixing the issue she cancelled my reservation and refused to issue a refund.

The only thing is the odd odors in the rooms, the awkward way the bathroom is, which is too small. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, and the lobby is nice. The front desk workers are friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
