Carstar has a great, friendly staff! They keep in contact and return calls super quick! They also provide complimentary coffee and water while you wait. Hailey in the front office is very pleasant to work work with and very friendly. Would give more stars if I could!

Had passenger quarter panel and front bumper replaced immediately following a collision. They were great! Haley and Christian were able to help me through the process even though I was from out of town. They were able to assess it immediately and worked smoothly with state farm to fix it. Took about two weeks.
