“Excellent customer service! I called trying to get some technical information on a porch door that came with my home I bought over ten years ago. I shattered the glass on that porch door while weeding my yard (I'll never use pea gravel again). I thought maybe this was the same door company, since they are based in the same area as written on the door tag (I couldn't find the company named on the tag). The customer service rep informed me that the local door company that manufactured my door has since ceased operations, but said the glass insert was still being produced by the same subcontractor, which is still in business. He also gave me a quick overview of how the glass is arranged and installed in the door. Superior knowledge, very friendly, and answered all my questions in just a couple of minutes!
